With more than 4,000 wineries across the state, California is the largest producer of premium wine in the country.
Fresno has dozens of urban wineries within city limits, while there are 100-plus wineries and tasting rooms only a 30-minute drive away. North of Fresno, hundreds more wineries await in California Wine Country, where you can sip the state’s more than 70 varietals while overlooking the vineyards, showcase locally grown grapes and the inventive winemakers perfecting their craft. Cheers!

At the Fresno State Winery, we strive to engage our students in all aspects of the winemaking profession.
This process begins with vineyard consultations and wine-grape research that insures the winery receives the best possible fruit and ends with the students using state-of-the-art winemaking procedures, under the direction of our winemaker to make superior wine.More Wine & Wineries

The Brothers Four Performing at The Tower Theatre – Folk artists The Brothers Four have many hits including such releases as Greenfields, Yellow Bird, Try to Remember, Across the Wide Missouri. Their hit recording of The Green Leaves of Summer from the motion picture “The Alamo” was nominated for an Academy Award and they performed the song at the awards presentation for the global network telecast. The Brothers Four were pioneers in the musical movement which came to be known as the “folk revival”, and of the few groups from those times still performing today, they remain one of the best known and most popular. Their all-acoustic presentation consists of guitars, banjo, mandolin, upright bass, and of course the trademark rich blend of their four voices. An evening with this quartet is an unforgettable time of pure, acoustic music and entertainment. YouTube Link
