The practice will be inclusive of all experience levels from the absolute beginner to advanced practitioner. Students will experience the powerful union of yoga and community on stage at Tower Theatre. Led by Tower Yoga teachers, Jameson & Kellee, who will facilitate a heart-centering yoga practice with rich variety for all levels. They will take you on a journey with movement, light, music, community, and more.

Modern yoga as we know currently is practiced hundreds of millions of people around the world. The origins of yoga date back 5,000 years, however, modern yoga as we know it began early in the 20th century. “The Father of Modern Yoga” or Indian savant T. Krishnamacharya (1888-1989) was pinnacle in the development and proliferation of the modern yoga movement. That story is far less known and is what this film is all about.

A feature-length documentary including rare historical footage as well as lavish reenactments.
